"This one-day Laser regatta is for all sailors who like breezy afternoon racing, with dinner afterwards, all on a beach budget. All Lasers sailors are invited to join us for some great lake sailing that's commercial-free!"

SCHEDULE:
    Saturday, June 19th, 2010
      2:00 - 3:00 p.m. Registration & Check-in.
      3:00 p.m. Competitor's Meeting.
      4:00 p.m. Warning Signal -- 1st race.
      About 8 p.m. Dinner at VLSC After Racing.

RULES: All races will be governed by the rules as defined in the Racing Rules of Sailing and the Laser Class rules where applicable. Sailing Instructions will be provided at registration. One race constitutes a regatta. Six races are scheduled. There will be one throw-out after four races are completed.

CLASSES: Three boats are required to form a class. The Regatta is open to all boats of the Laser and Laser Radial Classes. Trophies for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in each class will be awarded. Additional awards may be awarded depending on competitor turnout.

REGISTRATION: Boats may register online at or during registration & check-in the day of the regatta.

ENTRY FEES:
    Regatta Fee (includes 1 dinner ticket) $20
    US Sailing Member Discount $5-
    Early Registration Discount (before June 8) $5-
    Extra Dinner Ticket $5

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Pets are not allowed on the Vancouver Lake Sailing Club grounds. Please drive slowly in the
residential area surrounding Vancouver Lake Sailing Club.
Fresh water will be available to wash the algae off your boat after racing. Showers will be available for competitors.
